From Sheffield to Perth...

So last couple of hours in sheffield, train back to the foreign country at 12.25.

Anyway the flat I was staying in had the bath fixed so no more flooding of the shop below. Beyond that I've had a great week, some dancing catching up with friends reading etc. The first week off in ages where I've not been trying to change my life or sort out the fall out from doing so. So back to life in Scitland which builds up slowly, but gives me a chance to review my life. Thanks to those who give me feedback here when I use this as a sounding board for my thoughts.

At the moment I'm no happier but no more depressed than I was a few years ago in Sheffield, so the break from Sheffield which I wanted to try is certainly not making my life worse.

So a fun week and now back to the frozen north (packing to do first).

Probably not a great time of year to live in Scotland, still I think weather has got everyone down this year. Considering the wide social circle you had in Sheff there must be some real benefits to "the foeign country" if it makes you no more miserable than Sheff did.

Hope this is the year that gives your life its sparkle back.
