well my day at work started with an anxiety attack, which promptly ended my day at work.

I hope tomorrow will be better as really this is kind of dull you know?  Anyway when down "the only way is up (baby)" Yazz circa 1989.

and I thank you. I knew it was around my sixth form, but for some reason I picked a year by which time I was at Uni, d'oh!
