well my day at work started with an anxiety attack, which promptly ended my day at work.

I hope tomorrow will be better as really this is kind of dull you know?  Anyway when down "the only way is up (baby)" Yazz circa 1989.

oh life is fine and I'm dealing with the panic attacks much better then I used to. Once upon a time I would probably have lost a few days or even at worst a fortnight after the last couple of weeks. I would have been very ill, now its just an annoyance that I have to deal with.

I'll never be totally rid of this I just have to manage it and realise when enough is enough and just go home.

There thats me putting aa positive spin on things. Anyway pay day on friday so I should make it to the pub.
