There are days when the fog of anxiety(or depression or stress, whatever it is, whatever word you use), lifts, it just lifts and you look around and for a brief period the sun shines, your head is clear, your sleep is good or even just one of those.

You wish life would always be like this.

Lesson the first - do NOT sit and ANALYSE this. Do not try and work out why you were stressed and what you can do about that or how you are feeling better. Just live in the moment and learn how to do that more each day.

Learn meditation. Properly.
