End of week round up 16 Aug

Hey Ho Friday night. as usual I'm overspent as the summer moves on, so no festival at the end of the month. I thought I was recovered from the last couple of weeks, but I crashed out on Wednesday night and then woke up after midnight until about 5 am. So after another couple of hours sleep I woke up, but even with some time, I was late in on Thursday.

Today was a better day, lots of work to do, but I'm very supported by immediate management in what I do and what I'm expected to do. I can't do everything I need to do at work as there is just not enough time and only one of me, but importantly I'm not pressured just supported.

So no great pressure which is good, even when I'm tired or not quite managing with life.

I've an invite to walk and picnic in Glasgow tomorrow, but rain is coming!
