Back from Edinburgh
Aug. 9th, 2013 08:09 amPK this is a bit of a place holder post to be honest. Two trips to Edinburgh this month for BiCon 2013 and to the Fringe Festival. Bicon was great and it's a joy to be back part of the bi-sexual community in the UK, even if I'm not quite as well trained in my use of terminology and activism as some are! The range of discussions and space to explore issues if direct relevance to the target audience was impressive.
The Fringe is big and scary and it took me until almost my last day to get an angle on it. Great fun and a great mix of stuff. I'm not sure if I'd do it again soon, I'll wait and see.
Wow August rolls on and it's make the best of summer whilst it's here time! So Glasgow Pride tomorrow if I get my arse in gear in the morning and a few other odds and sods whilst I while away my last month before being 44. Arse, mid-forties. Where the FUCK did that come from?
Really WTF?
Anyway 2 miles and a swim this morning, so winning the battle one day at a time.
