Well a big thank you to all my friends who have managed to spot my appearance in less than 24 hours. At the moment I'm still logging on at work so posts may be intermitant. Anyway thanks for the 'hello's and I'll add you all to my friends lists v soon!

Nice bright sunny day which slightly makes up for the hour long ealk to work this morning.

PS could anyone put me in touch with Paul who is going to Australia as I've offered to put him up for a while before he goes, but we didn't exchange contact numbers.

Well by the time I got to Hillsborough I was in my stride so I just kept on going. I did meet someone on the way so we caught uop and talked Morris & his new band Red Star (not as communist as it sounds!) on the way.
