I will catch some dreaded lurge and have two ruined nights sleep and feel like crap.

However I did manage to see http://momentum.control.substance001.com/  Control based on the live of Joy Division frontman Ian Curtis.  NOt the most life affirming film, but a work of art and an important man in pop culture

It's on at the Showroom everyday until thurs 25 October with times TBC in the printed guide, online will probably have times. I don't know about elsewhere.
