sunday thoughts

An odd week with poor sleep all round so I got to Friday night with not much hope of acheiving anything and I was right.  Saturday I'd kind of had it in mind to go to something in Stirling called "Le Weekend", but the trip to Sheffiled earlier in the month and Sheffield council cashing a cheque of of the blu stymied that, so I went to see "Made In Dagenham" at the cinema.  Some great period stuff and an excellent cast.  I dare say it was more than a little fictionalised but the story of the fight for equal pay was funny moving and worth a look.

Sunday am an early start and I finally read some of my OU stuff only a couple of weeks late in starting.  Hey Ho.

So a little more awake and a weekend in Glasgow planned at the end of the month as there are a few things I want to go to so which I also need to pay for, so I've cooked lunch for the rest of the week today.  So all in all a fairly productive Sunday, but the only fail was to get much sunlight, which will be much needed over the next five months or so.

anyway I've cooked a chicken so better get some potatos on to go with it.  Oh the excitement of it all :)
