Well for those who asked the Dr Who feature was v good and should be available to watch on the BBC website, you'll have to find the wales local news and look for it, alternatively go to www.gallifreyone.com for lots of screen grabs and a transcript.

Well I feeling rather chipper at the moment, which is a bit of an improvment on the last year or eighteen months. I would like to say a big thanks to all who have supported and or put up with me over the time especially jacquie.

More Morris dancing next Monday, I'm not sure where, but it keeps me out and about. Other than that I'll see those who are going at the toga party on Friday.

For future info I'm hoping to do birthday party on Saturday 4th September...more info to follow (once I think it up)
