So glad I looked at the comments. Didn't realise Lj was still so busy.

I just came on to say that Metta is my number one anti-depression meditation, and that I found it really hard to do it when I was on my own. What helped was having a set time each day when I knew I wasn't the only person meditating, and a plan to share a few words about each daily session after the event. So, find a meditation buddy!
