The Scottish Lido?

Well strictly speaking it is "Stonehaven Open Air Swimming Pool", but it's a sea water 1930s lido in Scotland's Easy Coast. It is one of the most fantastic places I've ever been. I went on the last Monday in July, getting the train at 7 am or something. I got there in enough time to have a read of the paper on the beach and get there for the 10 am opening. This was important as 10-11 is the quiet swim time before the music and inflatable come out. It's a heated pool, so on a glorious summer's day the clean sea water is a rich 30 C. What a place and 80 years old as well! If you're ever near Aberdeen, during the summer, have a visit!

Also along the coast a couple of miles is

Edited to add, there is another lido on the west coast. It'd be almost rude not to visit as well wouldn't it?
