Ah sod, it I'll take the flat anyway.

In other news I have decided to ignore good advice and have paid a holding deposit to take the flat I saw on Friday off the market whilst they do the references and credit checks. So new place to live by next end of month. If I wasn't so bloody annoyed, with work I'd be quite pleased. Also quite scared as this does commit me to Perth for the foreseeable future.
